Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to your use of akdu.in and to orders placed on it. The site is operated by Paltrixs Enterprises, registered at Vedant Society, Link Road, Bharuch (GJ) 392001. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site with a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, because sign-in codes are sent there.

Products and prices

• We try to show products, colours and sizes accurately. Small differences in colour can occur because of screens.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. The MRP, selling price and any discount are shown on each product page.
• Prices and availability can change without notice. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout.

Orders

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we send the confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, the price shown was clearly wrong, or the order looks fraudulent. You will be refunded in full in such cases.

Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay. All orders are prepaid. We do not store card or bank details.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is described in the shipping policy, and returns, refunds and cancellations in the return, refund and cancellation policy. Both form part of these terms.

Partner (affiliate) products

Some products are sold by partner sites such as Amazon or Flipkart. These are clearly marked. When you buy them, the sale is between you and the partner site, under its terms. We may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to break its security, scrape it in bulk or place fake orders. We may block accounts that do.

Intellectual property

The site design, text, logos and images belong to Akdu or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the place of our registered office have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.

Grievances

Contact our grievance officer, Atendrra Pal, at akdufashion7@gmail.com. Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within one month.
