Shipping Policy

This policy explains how Akdu delivers your orders.

Where we deliver

We deliver to serviceable pincodes across India. Enter your pincode on any product page to check delivery before you order. We do not ship outside India at present.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free on all orders. There are no hidden charges at checkout; the total you see before paying is the total you pay.

Dispatch and delivery time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 2 working days after payment is confirmed.
Delivery usually takes 3-7 days after dispatch, depending on the pincode. Remote areas can take a little longer.
Orders are not dispatched on Sundays and public holidays.

Tracking

When your order ships we email you the courier name and a tracking link. The status is also shown in My orders.

Delays

Courier delays caused by weather, strikes, festivals or other events outside our control can happen. We will keep you informed and help you with the courier if a parcel is late.

Failed delivery

The courier normally attempts delivery up to three times. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery or a refund.

Damaged parcels

If the parcel looks damaged or tampered with, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@akdu.in.
