Orders

How do I place an order?

Add products to your cart, tap Proceed to checkout, sign in with the code we email you, enter your delivery address and pay online. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

Why do I need to verify my email?

So order updates, invoices and refunds always reach you. A one-time code confirms that the address is yours and has no typos.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships we email the courier name and a tracking link. You can also see the status in My orders.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, until it is packed for dispatch. Cancel from My orders or contact us with your order number. Paid orders that are cancelled are refunded in full.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

UPI, debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking and popular wallets, through Razorpay.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Not at the moment. All orders are prepaid, which keeps delivery quick and prices low.

Money was deducted but the order shows unpaid. What now?

Do not worry. Payments are matched automatically within a few minutes. If a payment cannot be matched it is refunded by the bank to your account, usually within 5-7 working days.

Will I get a GST invoice?

Yes. A GST invoice is created for every paid order and can be downloaded from My orders.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free on all orders.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days and usually arrive 3-7 days after dispatch, depending on your pincode. See the shipping policy.

Returns and refunds

Can I return a product?

Yes, within 7 days of delivery if it is damaged, defective, wrong or not as described. Request a return from My orders. Details are in the return, refund and cancellation policy.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5-7 working days after the return passes inspection.

How do I sign in?

Enter your email on the sign-in page and type the 6-digit code we send you. There is no password to remember.
